• Market Analysis – Market prices are always changing. We compare and determine the best value for your vacancies
• Marketing – We use our multifaceted marketing techniques that include online, signage, print and MLS listing upon your approval.
• Tenant Screening – All tenant applications are thoroughly screened. Credit, income, employment history and previous rental history are checked. Also, we obtain landlord approval and prepare all of the lease agreements (reviewed by our in-house attorney at no extra cost to you) and handle the move-in process.
• Walk through – We meet the tenant at the property and inspect with them the move in condition while taking interior and exterior photos and video.
• Property Inspections – We randomly inspect property exterior for any code violations, maintenance and safety issues.
• Maintenance – We have a 24 hours a day emergency phone number for tenants. Service issues caused by misuse are billed directly to tenant.
• Accounting – We maintain bookkeeping for your properties. Clients may choose online or offline access for accounts receivable and payable.
